We are exceptionally proud of our school, our staff and our students. However we are never complacent and strive to work with all our stakeholders to reflect on what we do so that we can improve further.

We have high expectations for all of our students and want to provide them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a competitive workplace. Huge value is placed on extra-curricular opportunities and we recognise that these can drive confidence, aspiration and communication skills. We are a school with a heart; it is important to us that we promote kindness and tolerance and that we totally embrace the principles of inclusivity, celebrating diversity and equality at every opportunity. 

Sprowston Community Academy is a learning community, where young people, teaching and support staff and parents and carers can all learn together. Strong relationships, combined with consistently effective teaching, promote learning in a structured and caring way and all students leave us as happy and well-rounded young people with clear plans for their future.
