When: Fridays 4pm - 5pm
What: For ages from 3 years up to teenagers who wish to swim for fitness a number of times a week. Teaching all types of swimming starting off with water confidence, moving onto all four strokes, water safety, personal survival, rookie lifeguards, challenge and skill awards, distance and speed awards.
